At WeGlamz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your clothing item, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Please contact our customer support team at 03-111111 to request a return authorization.

  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 30 business days.

4. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return and offer a replacement or refund.

7. Gift Returns:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
